		<description>Very timely article John! I just ran the Cleveland Marathon this morning in the rain and puddles and my feet are a little sore, mostly came through in good shape. But the back of my shoe cut into the back of my heeel, so I'll address as you said. 

Thanks for settling a long time issue in my household with my runner-wife who says I should not pop my blisters with a needle. It's always worked well for me, and sometime they refill so I have to drain with a needle a 2nd and 3rd time. Very helpful column, thanks again!</description>
